Sai Reality, Raipur is hiring Real Estate Associates to work remotely and assist in lead management, customer coordination, and sales support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Share project details, brochures, and pricing information.
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with the sales team.
- Update lead status in CRM.
- Assist customers throughout the inquiry process.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Smartphone/Laptop with internet connection.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer service is preferred.
