Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate and qualify leads for real estate projects.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Explain project details and answer customer queries.
- Coordinate with field sales executives for lead closure.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

- Experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer support will be preferred.
